have voting rights at the OCB GATHERING !
The OCB Associations are:
MSF-Belgium, MSF-Brazil, MSF-Denmark, MSF Hong Kong, MSF-Italy, MSF-Luxemburg, MSF-Norway, MSF-Southern Africa and MSF-Sweden.
No restrictions:
If you are a member of one of the OCB associations and you paid your membership fee for 2019 you have voting rights at the OCB Gathering. There is no other criteria!

Voting Rights for the MSF-B GA
Formally speaking, this event is a combination of two different meetings:
The MSF-B General Assembly and the OCB Gathering. All members of MSF-B have voting rights on topics unique to the MSF-B General Assembly, such as voting for members to the MSF-B Board, or motions related to MSF-B.
